Disciples of Thrall; not unhappy, but its a leveling guild and we don't have enough high levels to start runnign heroics or 10-mans any time soon

Legion of War (splintered), Legends of War (folded); have alts in Lawgivers and Crimson Guard
What type of leadership are you used to and/or do you prefer?
Anything's cool as long as you're not a total control freak

Describe what your roataions are for the following:
Melee DPS:
(Example: Rogue - Rupture, SS, SS, Adr. Rush., Blade Flurry, Slice n Dice)
arms DPS is dependant on RNG, so there is no set rotation. What we use is an 'importance ranking', deciding which moves we use first when there are multiple procs--> Overpower->MS->Execute->Slam, while keeping rend up at all times
Caster DPS:
(Example: Shadow Priest - SW-P, VT, MB, SW-D, MF, MF, VT, MB, MF, MF)

Can You Download Any Add-Ons As In Omen, Ventrilo, Deadly Boss Mods, Grid or X-perl raid frames and can you use them effectively?
Never used addons before and have got along fine, but if they are required I'll certainly give them a shot
Can you take constructive critism?
Yes
If you're unaware of your surroundings and you consistently die or mess up in a certain spot and I call you out, will you cry and /gquit or will you learn from your mistake and correct it?
I'll certainly do my best to do better

dont have that many bandages
Healing Percentages you'd like to see at the end of the night for your abilities:

What is your opinion of going <AFK> during raids? If one person goes <AFK> for five minutes, they have officially wasted ________ amount of usable raid time?
Well if its another Warrior going <AFK> i won't complain... more lewts for me!! But seriously I'm never bothered by it. I run with dial-up so i have had more than my fair share of badly-timed DCs.

We have requirements on dps for raids that you have to pass before being able to join in any raid are you ok with that? If you do not meet the requirements you can run Heroics for gear, and talk with people for rotations.
I'm down with that, as long as the requirements aren't extreme overkill
